• Solar quotation generator

  Build a solar quotation from a customer, system type, capacity and your own rates. Totals update as you edit, then finalize into a branded PDF.

• GST-ready quotations

  Quotations split GST into CGST and SGST for same-state customers and IGST for other states, with a separate GST rate for each line.

• Subsidy estimate on quotes

  Show customers an indicative PM Surya Ghar subsidy on the quotation, with state top-ups where a rule exists and a clear note that the customer pays in full.

• Price book

  Keep your rates per kW by installation type, system mode, tier and capacity range, with GST rates, and have them fill into every new quotation.

• Bill of materials templates

  Keep a bill of materials for each system mode (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid or VFD) and have it copied into every quotation when you finalize it.

• Brand and battery catalog

• Quick Quote

  Enter a customer's name, phone, monthly electricity bill and state. Quick Quote estimates capacity, prices it from your price book and saves a draft.

• WhatsApp and email sharing

  Send a finalized quotation as a link on WhatsApp or email. The link is permanent but stops working when the quotation is declined, expires or is replaced.

• Branded PDF

  Every finalized quotation becomes a five-page PDF with your logo, GSTIN, bank details and signature, a bill of materials, terms and a thank-you page.

• Terms and conditions editor
