Bharat Solar Venture has a free plan with a monthly cap on finalized quotations and a PRO plan without the cap. Only the first send of each quotation counts toward the cap; drafts and revisions never do. The cap resets each calendar month, and the plan details below are read from the live plan data.

How the free limit works

A quotation counts once, when you finalize a draft and send it for the first time. Drafts, and later revisions of a quotation you have already sent, do not count.

That means you can prepare as many drafts as you like, change a sent quotation by issuing a revision, and only the first send of each quotation uses an allowance. The allowance resets each calendar month.

What differs between FREE and PRO?

Today the only difference is the monthly cap on finalized quotations. Both plans include the same quotation features, branding, catalog, price book and sharing.

What happens when I reach the free limit?

You can keep creating and editing drafts and revising sent quotations. Finalizing a new quotation needs PRO until the next calendar month begins.

Is there a team plan?

No. There are two plans, FREE and PRO, and today the only difference is the monthly cap on finalized quotations. Team roles are not offered on either plan. Your exact allowance is always shown under Settings, Billing.

How do I pay and how do I cancel?

Upgrades are handled through Razorpay's hosted checkout, started from Settings, Billing by the company owner. If you cancel, PRO stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • Your remaining allowance under Settings, Billing is enough to finalize
  • You know whether this is the first send, because only the first send uses an allowance
  • You know the two plans differ only in the monthly cap, so there is no team plan to choose
  • The company owner starts any upgrade from Settings, Billing
