Set commercial rows by system mode, tier and capacity range, each with a system rate, a bill-of-materials rate and their GST rates. Discounts are flat amounts per line, so you can negotiate on the system, the balance of system or the battery without disturbing the others.

Revisions as scope moves

Instead of overwriting a quotation, issue a revision under the same serial number. The previous link stops working, and the newest revision is the one that counts in your dashboard.

What it does not do

Bharat Solar Venture does not model energy yield, tariffs or payback, and it does not produce single-line diagrams. It produces the commercial quotation: pricing, tax, bill of materials and terms.

Common mistakes

• Editing terms for one customer

  Your terms apply company-wide, so edit them only when you are happy for every later quotation to carry the change.

What to check before you send

• Your commercial price-book rows exist for the system mode, tier and capacity range
• Each discount sits on the right line: system, balance of system or battery
• The terms are final before you finalize the quotation you are about to send
• The customer holds the newest revision, not an earlier one
• No subsidy figure is promised unless a rule applies
