You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You confirm that the company and customer information you enter is accurate and that you are allowed to share it.

The prices, terms and descriptions on a quotation are your commitments to your customer. The service calculates totals from the figures you enter and does not review your pricing, wording or legal terms.

Subsidy amounts are indicative, depend on the scheme and your customer's eligibility, and are decided by the authorities. GST is calculated from the rates and states you enter. The service does not file returns or issue tax invoices, and you should confirm any figure with your own advisor.

The free plan limits how many quotations you can finalize each calendar month. PRO removes that limit and is billed through Razorpay. If you cancel, PRO stays active until the end of the paid period.
