A dashboard with your quotation conversion rate
The dashboard shows four numbers: how many quotations you made this month, their total value, your conversion rate, and the system capacity you quote most. Conversion rate is accepted quotations divided by all non-draft quotations (sent, accepted, rejected and expired), counted over all time on each quotation's latest revision.

The dashboard is deliberately small:
- Quotes this month
- Value sent this month
- Conversion rate
- Most quoted capacity
How conversion is counted
Only the latest revision of each quotation is counted, so a quotation that went through several revisions is one data point, not several. Drafts are left out. A quotation that is still sent counts as not converted until you mark it accepted, which is why keeping statuses up to date matters.
What it does not do
The dashboard summarises your own company's quotations. It does not forecast revenue or track leads before the first quotation. Think of it as a quick check on whether the quotes you send are turning into jobs.

Leaving statuses out of date
