What you can store

A customer needs a name; everything else helps you later. Phone and email make sharing quick, the consumer account number is handy for net-metering paperwork, and the address, city, state and pincode appear on the quotation.

Quotation history in one place

Open a customer to see every quotation issued to them, so a repeat enquiry starts from what you already sent. You can add a customer while you are quoting or let Quick Quote create one from a name, a phone number and a state.

Why the state matters
