Privacy policy

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password, or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
• Company details: name, GSTIN, PAN, state, contact details, logo, signature, signatory name and bank details you choose to add.
• Customer records you create: name, phone, email, consumer number, address and state.
• Quotations, their PDFs and the pricing, catalog and terms you configure.
• Subscription status when you upgrade. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by the service.

To provide the service: calculating and producing quotations, showing them to your customers through a share link, sending password-reset emails, and managing your subscription.

Hosting and file storage providers, an email delivery provider, Google (if you use Google sign-in) and Razorpay (for subscriptions) process data on the service's behalf. A final list of providers belongs here after review.

You can correct company and customer details in the app. For deletion or access requests, contact us. Retention periods and the grievance officer's details are to be added after legal review.
