Start small

Onboarding asks for your company details, then your branding and bank details, then your default pricing. After that you can create a customer and a quotation. Nothing needs configuring beyond the rates you actually use.

Know what the free plan covers

The FREE plan caps how many quotations you can finalize each calendar month. Drafts and revisions do not count, so you can prepare and adjust freely and only the first send of each quotation uses an allowance. When you need more, PRO removes the cap. The pricing page shows both plans.

Look established

Your logo, GSTIN, bank details and signature are printed on a five-page PDF, and the customer receives a link instead of an attachment. That is often enough to stand apart from a photographed handwritten estimate.

Common mistakes

  • Treating the free plan as unlimited

    The FREE plan caps finalized quotations each calendar month. Drafts and revisions do not count, only the first send of each quotation does.

  • Reading the GSTIN field as a registration requirement

    GSTIN is optional here. If you enter one, its format is checked. Whether you must register is a question for your tax advisor.

  • Trying Quick Quote before the basics exist

    It needs your company's state, a basic catalog and a price-book row that covers the estimated size.

  • Planning around a quotation after the cap is reached

    Finalizing a new quotation then needs the PRO plan until the next calendar month, though you can keep preparing drafts.

What to check before you send
