A branded, five-page solar quotation PDF
A finalized quotation is rendered as a five-page PDF: a summary with pricing and tax, the bill of materials, your terms and conditions, a closing page with scope of work and signature blocks, and a thank-you page. Your company name, logo, GSTIN, bank details and authorised signature come from your company settings.

Every quotation PDF follows the same structure, so customers always know where to look:
- Summary: customer, system, pricing, GST and, where it applies, the indicative subsidy box
- Bill of materials: the items copied from your template for that system mode
- Terms and conditions: your editable sections
- Closing page: scope of work, customer acceptance and the authorised signature block
- Thank-you page
Your branding, set once
Company name, logo, GSTIN, phone, email and website, the signature image and signatory name, and your bank details are entered in Settings or during onboarding. They are printed on each quotation, with your GSTIN in the page header.
Rendered once, stored privately
The PDF is created when you finalize and is rendered from a snapshot of the quotation taken at that moment, so changing your logo or terms afterwards does not alter quotations already sent. Files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links behind the permanent share link.
Common mistakes
Expecting a branding change to reach sent quotations
The PDF is rendered from a snapshot taken when you finalize, so a new logo or new terms apply to later quotations only.
Leaving company details incomplete
Company name, logo, GSTIN, contact details, signature and bank details come from Settings or onboarding and are printed on each quotation, with your GSTIN in the page header.
Ignoring a failed upload
A quotation is marked as sent only once its PDF has been rendered. If the upload to storage fails, the quotation page offers a retry.
What to check before you send
- Company name, logo, GSTIN, phone, email and website are correct in Settings
- The signature image and the signatory name are added
- Your bank details are correct
- Your terms and your bill-of-materials template are final
- If a subsidy box appears on the first page, you have read it
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my logo or bank details later?
Yes, in Settings. New quotations use the updated details. PDFs already finalized are rendered from a snapshot and keep what they were sent with.
What if PDF generation fails?
A quotation is only marked as sent once its PDF has been rendered. If the upload to storage fails, the quotation page offers a retry.
Is the subsidy box always included?
Only when a subsidy rule applies to the quotation. Otherwise that box is left out.
