How the work flows

An enquiry arrives. You pick or add the customer, choose the system type and capacity, and your rates fill in from the price book. Bharat Solar Venture works out CGST and SGST or IGST, adds the bill of materials and your terms when you finalize, and gives you a link to send on WhatsApp or email. If the customer wants changes you issue a revision, and when they decide you mark the quotation accepted or rejected.

Common mistakes

  • Quoting before the one-time setup is done

    Your company details, branding, bank details and default pricing come first. Until your price book, catalog and terms exist, rates and wording have to be typed into each quotation.

  • Editing a quotation that is already out

    A sent quotation is changed by issuing a revision. The older link then stops working, so the customer holds one current version.

  • Never recording the outcome

    The dashboard conversion rate only reflects reality once you mark each quotation accepted or rejected.

  • Expecting more than a quotation

    Bharat Solar Venture does not issue GST invoices, file returns, schedule installations or manage inventory.

How long does setup take?

Setup is a guided three-step onboarding: company details, branding and bank details, then default pricing. After that you can quote from the first customer.

Can I keep my own quotation wording?

Yes. The terms and conditions and the bill of materials are editable, and your logo, signature and bank details are printed on the PDF.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, with a monthly cap on finalized quotations. The pricing page shows the current limit and the PRO plan.
