Quotation software for solar pump (VFD) dealers

Bharat Solar Venture treats solar pump systems as a first-class case. VFD is both an installation type and a system mode, so it has its own price-book rows, its own bill-of-materials template and its own label in the serial number. You quote capacity in kilowatts, and GST is handled like any other quotation.

Built-in VFD support

When you choose the VFD installation type, the quotation uses your VFD price-book rows and the VFD bill-of-materials template, so a pump controller, structure and cabling appear on the PDF the way you list them. Tiers and capacity ranges work exactly as they do for rooftop systems.

Rates and tax

Enter your system and bill-of-materials rates per kilowatt for each capacity range, with their GST rates, and they fill into new quotations. CGST and SGST or IGST follow from your state and the customer's state.

About subsidy

The indicative subsidy box appears only where a subsidy rule covers the quotation. The central rooftop rule is not applied to pump systems, so a VFD quotation will not show one unless a rule applies.

  • You are not promising the customer a subsidy figure unless a rule applies
