From bill to draft

Enter the customer's name, phone, monthly bill and state. Bharat Solar Venture estimates the capacity, prices a residential on-grid standard-tier system from your price book and opens a draft for you to review. You change anything that needs changing and then finalize.

Show the subsidy honestly

Eligible quotations carry an indicative subsidy box with central and state lines, each marked verified or unverified. The disclaimer states that the customer pays the full amount, the subsidy is paid after commissioning, and the scheme decides the final figure.

Keep the customer in the loop

The WhatsApp message names the customer and your company and includes the PDF link. If the customer asks for a change you issue a revision, which replaces the old link. Mark the quotation accepted when they commit, and your dashboard conversion rate stays accurate.

  • A price exists for the estimated size, or you typed the rates by hand
